Emailing Parents

Administrators can email parents with or without access to the directory in FutureFund.

Sending Email

To send an email to parents with or without access to the directory:

  1. In the Admin, navigate to Directory > Setup.
  2. Under the Messaging Services section, click the Email Parents link.
  3. When selecting recipients, select multiple position by holding the ⌘ Command key on a Mac or Control key in Windows.

Email Guidelines

  1. Do not spam your users. Send relevant information based on their purchases or interests.
  2. Emails are sent from an unmonitored email list. Please do not instruct recipients to reply to your email.
  3. If a user requested to unsubscribe they will not receive future emails.
