Emailing Members

Sending Email

Administrators can email members in FutureFund. Emails can be sent to all members or members of a particular type/campaign.

  • In the Admin, navigate to Memberships > Setup.
  • Under the Messaging Services section, click on the Email Members link to start the process

Email Guidelines

  1. Do not spam your users. Send relevant information based on their purchases or interests.
  2. Emails are sent from an unmonitored email list. Please do not instruct recipients to reply to your email.
  3. If a user requested to unsubscribe they will not receive future emails.
