Fulfillment¶
FutureFund allows tracking delivery of products sold.
Enabling/Disabling Fulfillment¶
Fulfillment is available for Purchase campaigns. To enable fulfillment:
- Navigate to a Campaign in Store > Campaigns
- Click the View button next to the campaign
- Click the Edit Advanced Settings button
- In the Advanced Options section, ensure This item is a physical good needing fulfillment is checked
Note
Enabling or disabling fulfillment with be applied retroactively to orders.
Fulfillment Status¶
When viewing the order list or an individual order, the Delivered column will show three values:
- Yes: The entire order or line item is fulfilled.
- No: The order or line item needs fulfillment.
- Blank: The order or line item does have items that need fulfillment.
FutureFund also provides a report to view the items needing fulfillment. See the Unit Sale Report for more information.
Fulfilling Orders¶
Order Fulfillment¶
Items from any campaign can be fulfilled when viewing the order.
- Navigate to an Order in Store > Orders
- Click the View button next to the order
- Click the ellipsis nest
- Toggle the fulfillment status by clicking the Deliver/Return menu option
Bulk Fulfillment¶
FutureFund supports bulk fulfillment for a single campaign.
- Navigate to a Campaign in Store > Campaigns
- Click the View button next to the campaign
- Click the Bulk Fulfillment link in the right sidebar
- Toggle the fulfillment status by clicking the Deliver/Return button
Notes¶
- Fulfillment is limited to Purchase Campaigns.
- Memberships are automatically marked as fulfilled when they are paid. There are no other options or features for membership campaigns.
- Unpaid orders (check/cash payments) can be marked delivered regardless of the payment status. It is your decision to deliver unpaid orders.
