Auctions are here: run online auctions in FutureFund

Auction night just got a lot easier. You can now build a full online auction right in FutureFund, from your Fundraisers section using the same Build Campaign button you already use for donation drives and pledges.

Add your items with photos, categories, starting bids, and bid increments (or bulk-load a whole catalog from a spreadsheet), then set a Buy It Now price for anyone who doesn’t want to wait. Publish a branded auction page at your own web address and share it with families. Nobody needs to log in to browse and bid.

Supporters register with a card on file, then bid right from their phone. They can watchlist items and get a heads-up when they’re outbid, when an auction is closing soon, and when they win. A last-second bid extends the clock automatically so nobody gets sniped in the final seconds. When the auction closes, winners are charged automatically and get an itemized receipt by email, so there’s no cash box and no line at the end of the night.

Behind the scenes, you get a live dashboard, item and bidder management, the ability to add a bidder manually, and reporting on every winning bid. And just like your other campaigns, auction proceeds flow into your regular payout, with your choice of whether bidders or your organization covers the processing fee.
