Let your organization always cover the fee on specific campaigns

Want buyers to have a completely friction-free checkout on one specific campaign, without changing how fees work for everything else you sell? Now you can.

Open any campaign, go to the Options tab, and expand Advanced settings. Check “Organization always pays the platform fee” and buyers will never see a fee charge on that campaign again. Your organization covers it instead, out of the deposit, just like it would if you had switched your whole account to organization-paid fees. The fee amount itself doesn’t change, only who pays it does.

This works on Donation Drive, Purchase, Membership, Membership Level, Sign Up, Ticket, Pledge, and Bundle campaigns. For a bundle, the bundle’s own checkbox covers the whole bundle price. If someone has a mixed cart with items from several campaigns, FutureFund splits it fairly: they’ll only see a fee charge for items from campaigns that don’t have this turned on.

This is perfect for a membership drive or a big sponsorship push where you want to make giving as easy as possible, while keeping your normal fee settings everywhere else. Look for it under Advanced settings the next time you edit a campaign.
