Export a campaign's orders to Excel, your way
You can now export a single campaign’s orders straight to Excel, with only the columns you want instead of a big download you have to clean up first. Find it under Actions on a campaign’s Overview page, or click Export on that campaign’s Orders tab. The account-wide orders download on your main Orders page still works exactly the way it always has.
A short wizard walks you through it. Start from a saved setup or from scratch, then flip on any extra detail you want: break a bundled answer into its own column, add a payment breakdown (unit price, sales tax, fees, refunds and net), or pull in First Step’s student and parent details. From there, check off exactly which columns you want (there’s a search box, plus select all and clear), and the last step shows you how many rows and columns you’re about to get before you download.
The best part is you don’t have to set it up twice. Give your column list a name and save it, and it’s there for anyone on your board with access. Next month, pick it from the first step and the whole wizard fills itself in for you. Update it right from the wizard, or delete it with the trash icon when you no longer need it.
Shops work too: since a shop itself doesn’t hold orders, its export pulls in every campaign packed inside it (the one setting that isn’t available there is flattening columns, since each campaign inside can ask different questions). One more thing to know: you get one row per item ordered, so if a family bought three different things in one order, you’ll see three rows for it, not one.
