See at a glance where each campaign is actually selling

Ever open a campaign list and wonder why families say they can’t find something to buy? Your campaign lists just got a lot easier to read. Instead of separate “In Store” and “In First Step” columns, every campaign row now has a single Status badge that tells you exactly where it’s selling.

You’ll see three small badges — FS, ST, and SB — for First Step, your online Store, and SnackBar. A badge lights up when the campaign is selling there and stays faded when it isn’t. Hover over any badge and it spells itself out, like “For sale in First Step” or “Not for sale in SnackBar.” If a campaign isn’t in any sales channel, or it can’t be sold right now (maybe it’s marked not for sale, or it’s outside its open dates), you’ll see a plain “Not for Sale” badge instead. And if a campaign has sold out of inventory, it’s flagged with a red “Sold Out” badge so you know not to point families to it.

This shows up on your Fundraisers, Memberships, Ticketing, and Products pages, plus the full campaign list under Orders & Payouts. As a bonus, the campaign type (Purchase, Membership, Ticket, and so on) now sits as a small note under the campaign name, giving the whole table more breathing room.

For example, if your Spirit Wear sale is set up in the online store but you never added it to First Step, you’ll see ST lit up and FS faded, so you know exactly why it’s not showing up during registration.
