A cleaner budget page, smarter amendments

We tidied up Budgets so it’s easier to see what to do next. When a budget is still a draft, the Propose button stands out. Once it’s proposed, Approve (and Unlock, if it needs more edits) takes the spotlight. Everything else — Edit, Download PDF, Export, Delete, Withdraw Approval — now lives in a single Actions menu, so the page isn’t cluttered with buttons you rarely need.

Budget amendments got a little smarter too. When you pick an account on an amendment line, the New Amount field now fills in with that account’s current budgeted amount automatically — so you’re editing the real number instead of trying to remember it. If you’ve already typed something in, we leave it alone.

Beginning balance, this budget’s net impact, and projected ending balance now show up in their own small table under the account list, instead of bracketing it. It reads like a simple rollforward — what you started with, what this budget does to it, what’s left — and you’ll see it that way on the budget page, in Present mode, and on the downloaded PDF.

Last thing: when you export a Budget vs. Actual report as a PDF, the footer now shows who generated it along with when. Handy when a copy lands in a board packet weeks later and someone asks whose numbers these are.
