Clearer campaign type names when you build a campaign
Picking the right campaign type just got easier. We’ve renamed a few options in the campaign builder so each one says exactly what it does.
Fundraiser is now Donation Drive. Same campaign, clearer name. A Donation Drive is for asking supporters to give directly, no event required, with extras like corporate matching and donor walls. If you’re planning a Fun Run, Read-A-Thon, or Jog-A-Thon where friends and family donate to cheer on your students, that’s a Pledge campaign, and the descriptions now make that difference clear. You’ll see “Donation Drive (formerly Fundraiser)” for a while so nothing feels unfamiliar.
Membership names are simpler too. “PTA/PTO/PFC Membership” is now just Membership: one membership, one price, for parents, students, and community members. And if you offer levels at different prices, like Gold, Silver, and Bronze, each with its own perks, that’s now called Tiered Membership.
Nothing changes for campaigns you’ve already created. The next time you build a campaign, the choices will just read a little more like plain English.
