See Board Health at a Glance on the Compliance Report

Filling the President, Secretary, and Treasurer seats is only half the story. What if one person is holding two of those jobs at once, or an officer has quietly stayed on past your state’s term limit? Those problems used to hide behind a seat that looks “filled.” Now they don’t.

Open any Compliance Report (state, district, or council) and you’ll see a new Board Health column sitting right after Treasurer. It’s the share of a row’s units with a completely clean board — nobody missing a required position, nobody double-booked in two required roles, and nobody past a term limit. Higher is better: 100% means every unit on that row is in good shape. It’s included in your XLSX export too.

At the council level, where each row is a single unit, look for a small yellow warning triangle next to the President, Secretary, or Treasurer percentage. That triangle means something’s off with that specific position — even if it shows 100% filled. Hover it for a quick explanation, or click through to the unit’s board roster to see exactly what needs fixing. On real California data, this caught 7 units out of 185 that looked perfectly staffed but weren’t.

We also added a short explainer above the report filters so you always know what each column measures, and percentages on screen now round to whole numbers so the table is easier to scan at a glance.
