Fixed: Compliance Report Officer Percentages Were Showing 0%

If you’ve run the Compliance Report at the state, district, or council level recently, you may have noticed the President, Secretary, and Treasurer columns reading 0.00% across the board — even for units that had fully staffed boards on file. The Annual Financial Report column was affected too, though less obviously: it was showing numbers that were close but not quite right.

The cause was a mismatch behind the scenes: the report was looking up officer positions and the financial report type without checking which state PTA they belonged to, so it could grab the wrong state’s records and come up empty. The Bylaws column was never affected and was always accurate.

This is now fixed. The report correctly matches officers and financial report filings to your own state PTA, so the percentages you see reflect what’s actually on file. There’s nothing you need to do — just re-run the Compliance Report to see the real numbers.

If you made any decisions based on a 0% officer compliance reading in the past — for example, following up with a unit you thought was missing a President — it’s worth taking another look now that the numbers are correct.
