Missing Officers Now Stand Out on the Compliance Report
Spotting who needs help on the Compliance Report just got easier. When a single organization is missing something, you’ll now see a red circle with a white X instead of the amber triangle.
The red X shows up when a President, Secretary, or Treasurer seat is empty, when no Annual Financial Report was filed for the previous term, or when bylaws are out of date. The amber triangle now means “take a look” rather than “missing.” It marks a filled position with a board warning (like a term limit reached, or one person in two required roles) and any Board Health check that didn’t pass.
Before, an empty President seat and a term-limit warning looked exactly the same, so a missing officer could slip by. Now the biggest gaps jump right out when you scan down the page.
You’ll see the new marks on the Compliance Report whenever each row is a single organization: the Detail View, plus the District View or Council View. Summary percentages and your Excel and CSV downloads haven’t changed. This one came from a suggestion by California PTA, so thank you for helping us make the report clearer.
