Easier forms, no form builder required

The form builder is great when you need a real form. A permission slip, a waiver, a signature, a set of questions only your group would ask. But most campaigns do not need any of that. They need one detail, maybe two, and building a whole form to collect them was more work than the order was worth. So most campaigns never asked at all.

Now there are two kinds of forms, and only one of them takes any work.

Basic Forms skip the builder entirely. Open your campaign, click Edit, go to the Forms tab, and choose Basic Forms. Check off what you need: parent name, phone number, student name, student ID, teacher, or grade. That is the entire setup. Nothing to lay out, nothing to name, nothing to design, nothing to test before you turn the campaign on.

Buyers answer right at checkout, and every question is required, so nothing comes back blank. It works the same whether a family buys from your store, goes through First Step, or pays at a table with SnackBar. The answers land in your campaign export next to the rest of the order.

Custom Forms are the ones you build yourself, and they work exactly as they always have. Choose Custom Forms and pick one of your own, or jump straight to Manage Forms & Waivers to make a new one. A campaign uses one kind or the other, never both, so there is never any question about what a buyer will see.

And if a parent typed something wrong, you can now fix it: open the order, click the three dots next to the item, and choose View Form Responses.
