Share your school's events calendar with one click

Getting your events calendar in front of families just got easier. On the Website > Events page in your Admin, click the new Share button to open a window with everything you need: a link you can paste into an email or your school website, and a QR code you can drop into a flyer or newsletter.

Both the link and QR code point to your public events calendar, no sign-in required, so any parent can view it on their phone or computer. Because the link doesn’t reference a specific school year, you can print it once and reuse it every year without it going stale.

Read-only team members can share the calendar too. Creating and editing events still requires edit access, but anyone on your team can grab the link or QR code to help spread the word.
