Export your expense report list to Excel
Need reimbursement data in a spreadsheet instead of clicking into report after report? Now you can export your entire expense report list to Excel in one click.
Look for the new Actions dropdown at the top of your Expense Reports page — Create Expense Report has moved in there too, right alongside Export to Excel. The file always matches what you’re looking at on screen: filter the list down to just Approved reports, or reports from a certain campaign, and the export brings you exactly those, every one of them, not just the first page.
Each row covers one report: who submitted it (first and last name in separate columns, so it’s ready to drop into a mail merge), their email and phone, the date, status, amount, description, and how they asked to be paid. There’s also a Detail column showing the account breakdown — if a report was split across a few accounts, you’ll see each one and its share listed right there, so you can tell how that $310 reimbursement was divided between Books and Supplies without ever opening the report.
Use it for board packets, your next audit or financial review, or a quick year-end summary of everything your volunteers were reimbursed for.
