Pack spirit wear once, with one slip per family

Handing out spirit wear used to mean opening a separate Fulfillment tab for every item. Now you can put products together in a fulfillment group, so the shirt, the hoodie and the magnet all show up on one screen.

Go to Orders & Payouts > Fulfillment and choose New Group. Name it something like “Spirit Wear,” pick the products, and you’re set. Each family gets one block with everything they ordered, even if they bought on more than one order or checked out as a guest. If someone bought the same shirt twice, you’ll see one row with the total. For products sold per student, you’ll see Student, Grade and Teacher columns too. Tap Deliver or Return on a row, or Deliver All for the whole family. You can filter by status, product or whether a slip has been printed, search for a name, and export to CSV.

Ready to pack? Open Packing Slips and choose Generate Packing Slips. We’ll build a PDF with one page per family, in big print you can read across a table, with a tick box beside each item and Packed by and Checked by lines. Items you’ve already delivered are ticked for you, and unpaid orders get a bold UNPAID block so nobody hands over a bag before payment. Pick how to sort: order date, grade, teacher, purchaser name or student name. We’ll email you a link when it’s ready, and you can rebuild it for up to 30 days.

Volunteers who only have view access can print the slips, so the people packing bags don’t need full access. Single products also get a Packing Slips page on their own Fulfillment tab.
