Expense report receipts now show right on the transaction

When you approve an expense report and pay it — by check, Zelle, or a printed check — BeeKeeper writes the transaction for you. Until now, that transaction showed an upload icon in your account register, as if nothing backed it up, even though the receipts were sitting right there on the expense report the whole time.

Now that transaction shows a green receipt icon instead. Click it and you’re taken straight to the expense report, where every receipt the submitter uploaded is waiting. No hunting for files, no downloading and re-uploading something you already have. You’ll see the same “View Receipts” link if you open the transaction’s details or edit it.

This links to the expense report rather than making a copy of the receipts, on purpose — so you’re always looking at the complete, current set. If someone adds another receipt to the report later, it shows up automatically. And if you’d already attached your own file to one of these transactions by hand, that’s untouched — you’ll just see both the receipts link and your attachment together.

This works automatically on every past reimbursement, too, so there’s nothing you need to go back and fix.
