Ask families for the same form just once

If you put the same form on more than one thing you sell — a photo release, a permission slip, a code of conduct — families used to fill it out all over again for every item they bought. Now you can ask just once.

Open any form and check Reuse answers within the same order. The next time a family adds a second item that uses that form, the questions come back already filled in with what they told you the first time. They can leave everything as-is, or change one thing and keep going.

Say a parent is buying spirit wear for two kids and both need the same waiver. They fill it out for their older child, then swap in the younger one’s name. A few seconds instead of a whole second form.

Nothing changes on your end. Every item still saves its own complete response, so your form responses and your fulfillment list look exactly the way they always have. The setting works in your online store and in First Step.
