Share a full school events calendar with families

Keeping families in the loop about dances, meetings, and fundraisers just got a lot easier. Turn on the new Events Calendar and FutureFund will build a public “what’s happening” page for your school that anyone can view, no account or sign-in needed.

The calendar isn’t just a list of dates you type in by hand (though you can add your own, too). It automatically pulls in ticketed events, fundraiser dates, and First Step registration open/close dates, so it stays up to date without extra work on your part. Families can browse it by month, week, or a simple day-by-day schedule, and it looks great on a phone.

Want it on your family’s own calendar? There’s a subscribe button right on the page that adds your school’s events to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook, so new dates show up automatically as you add them.

To turn it on, go to Admin > Account Settings > Website and flip on “Show events calendar.” Then add and manage your own events from Admin > Website > Events.
