See every email FutureFund sends your families

Ever wonder exactly what shows up in a family’s inbox when they win an auction item, forget to pay a store order, or get invited to your directory? Now you can see for yourself. Head to Messaging and click the new System Emails tab, right next to Email and Text Messaging.

You’ll find 19 email previews organized into five categories: First Step, Directory, Pledge Campaigns, Auctions, and Store. Click any one and a window pops open showing the email exactly the way a family would receive it, your school’s name, the header, the message, any buttons or tables, and the footer, all filled in with sample names and amounts so it feels real. Arrows at the top let you step through the rest of the previews without closing the window.

Each preview also tells you what triggers that email and who gets it. For example, the store past-due reminder shows it goes out daily, for as long as an order still has a payment due. So if a parent asks “did I really get an email about that?”, you can check in seconds instead of guessing.

This is a look-only tool, there’s nothing to create, edit, or send here. It’s simply a window into the emails FutureFund already sends on your behalf, and it works in all seven of our supported languages.
