Ticket sales that never oversell your events
Nobody wants to turn families away at the gate because a show was oversold. Ticket campaigns now give you clearer control over how many seats you sell, so you can stop worrying about the count.
Capacity for every event. On your campaign’s Events tab, each event now has a Capacity (the total seats you have) and a Remaining number right beside it. Remaining counts down as tickets sell. When you duplicate a campaign for next year, every event starts fresh at full capacity, so last year’s leftover count doesn’t tag along.
Limits for each ticket type. Want only 50 Adult tickets per game? Add an Inventory limit to the Adult ticket type, and it applies at every event. Leave it blank and the type is unlimited, just like before. The events table shows how many of each limited type are left for each event.
Season passes and refunds play fair. A season pass now takes a seat at every event it covers, so a game can’t oversell through season passes. If an upcoming game sells out, the season pass sells out too. And when a ticket is fully refunded or removed from an order, that seat goes right back on sale.
Families see it too. In the store and during First Step, any ticket type with none left shows “Sold Out,” and the quantity they can pick stops at what’s left. To try it, open a ticket campaign and head to the Events tab.
