Turn off the reminder emails you don't want

Some of the automatic reminders FutureFund sends on your behalf are optional, and now it’s your call whether your organization sends them. Head to Messaging > System Emails and click Manage Reminders to turn any of them off.

Four reminders can be switched off: the First Step registration reminder that nudges families with an incomplete registration, the two pledge campaign reminders (one to the participant, one to supporters who haven’t donated yet), and the store past due payment reminder. Turn one off and you’ll see an Off badge next to it in your System Emails list, so it’s always clear what’s currently sending.

Everything else in System Emails, receipts, confirmations, ticket and membership delivery, tax receipts, invitations, and auction notices, keeps sending automatically, since families need to receive those.

Nothing changes unless you flip a switch yourself. Every reminder starts on, so if you like things the way they are, there’s nothing to do. Turn one off and it takes effect right away, even for a reminder that’s already scheduled to go out in a few days.
