Claim more than one spot on Bring It! and Sign Up!

This one came straight from you. Room parents told us they were splitting “40 rolls of toilet paper” into four sign-ups of 10, and a parent who could bring 20 had to take just one. Not anymore.

On a Bring It! item or a Sign Up! time, a guest checks the box and a − / + stepper appears so they can claim as many spots as they want, up to what’s left. “I’ll bring 20 of the 40 rolls” is now one tap-tap-tap away. Organizers can ask for up to 100 of an item (it used to be 10).

You’ll see the number everywhere: confirmation emails and your Entries list show things like “Toilet paper ×2.” The spreadsheet download changed a little, too. It now has one row per item, with Item and Quantity columns, so you can total up who’s bringing what right in your spreadsheet.
