Clearer Help When You Can't Delete a Document

Ever hovered over a grayed-out Delete button on a document and wondered why it wouldn’t work? Now it tells you.

On any document’s page, if the Delete button is disabled, just hover over it (or tap it on mobile) to see a short note pointing you to the right person:

• For documents FutureFund generates for you, like your bylaws, it points you to FutureFund support.
• For documents imported from a previous system, it points you to your district admin.
• For everything else, it points you to your council or district admin.

We also fixed a permissions gap for district and state admins managing units that aren’t part of a council. You can now delete older documents for those units the same way you can for any other unit — no more guesswork about who to ask.
