Spot Your Newest Bylaws at a Glance

Bylaws and standing rules don’t expire when the school year ends, so Connect shows them no matter which fiscal year you pick. That’s handy, until your unit has three documents called “Bylaws” in a row and you can’t tell which one is current.

Now each of those documents shows a date right after its name. Approved bylaws show the day they were approved, ones you uploaded show the day you uploaded them, and older bylaws brought over from the previous system show the year they were filed.

For example, your Documents page might list Bylaws (April 15, 2026) above Bylaws (2023 - 2024). The newest version comes first, so you can see what’s in force without opening a single file.

You’ll find the dates on your Documents page, on the Documents tab of the Directory, and at the top of each document’s own page.
