Three Ways to Read the Compliance Report

The Compliance Report used to answer one question: how are the units underneath you doing? A district or council is a PTA too, though, with its own board, its own Annual Financial Report, and its own bylaws. Now the report can show you those as well.

States and districts will find a new View picker next to the term:

  • Summary View is the report you already know, and it’s still the default. Each district (or council) gets one row showing the share of its units meeting each requirement.
  • District View for states, or Council View for districts, scores each district or council on its own record. A check means it meets the requirement, and a warning triangle means it doesn’t. Click its name to open its board roster and see exactly what’s flagged.
  • Detail View gives every unit its own row, with the district and council it belongs to right beside it.

In the District, Council, and Detail views, the Out of Compliance filter narrows the list to just the groups still falling short on Board Health, AFR, Bylaws, or any mix. For example, a state can pick Detail View and AFR to get a statewide list of every unit that hasn’t filed its Annual Financial Report. Your export follows whichever view you picked and keeps the percentages.
