Contact Report: Now Available as a Print-Ready PDF

Need a printout of your board contacts for a meeting binder or a mailing? The Contact Report now exports as a PDF in addition to the spreadsheet you already know. Find it under Reports at the state, district, and council levels.

The PDF is organized just like the classic printed board contact list many state PTAs already use: each unit, council, or district gets its own bold header row with its FEIN, ID, and name, followed by its board members’ position, name, email, phone, and address. Pick which fields you want to include — Name, Position, Phone, Email, Full Address — and the PDF columns match your selection, so you only print what you need.

Both the PDF and the spreadsheet now build in the background, too. Click Export and a small progress window pops up so you can keep working elsewhere in Connect instead of staring at a spinner — handy for state-wide contact lists with a lot of names. Your file opens automatically the moment it’s ready, and it also sticks around on your Downloads page for 7 days if you need to grab it again.
