Reporting Improvements for Councils & Districts

We’ve added new reports and improved existing ones to help you better track compliance and communication across your units.

New: Missing Document Report

Councils and districts can now generate a report showing which units are missing a specific document for any term. Filter by term, document type, and unit status to quickly identify gaps in compliance. Export to CSV or XLSX for offline tracking or follow-up.

New: Bounced Emails Report

See which email addresses in your organization are bouncing. This report shows the bounced address, the associated board member, their organization, and the message subject that failed. Use this to identify outdated contact information and reach out through alternative channels.

Improved Data Accuracy

• Bylaw Submission Report now displays the actual approval date rather than the submission date
• Compliance Report no longer shows board members who have been removed from their positions
• All reports now filter to show only active board members, excluding those who are no longer serving
