Duplicate an event in one click

If you run the same event again and again, like weekly concessions shifts or library helpers, you no longer have to rebuild it from scratch. Open your event and click the new Duplicate button next to Edit.

Pick the new start date and HelpOut makes a copy. Every date moves by the same number of days and keeps its time of day, so a 9:00 shift stays a 9:00 shift. Your items, times, details, and header image come along too.

What doesn’t come along: responses. Your copy starts fresh, with no sign-ups, messages, or invitations from the original. You’ll land on the copy’s edit page so you can look it over before sharing it.

Gift It! events can’t be duplicated, since each one is a gift for one person. For those, start a new event instead.
