Set a limit on how many can RSVP

Limited seating? Now you can tell HelpOut the most people you can handle. When you create or edit a Show Up! event, you’ll find a new Attendance Limit field. Fill in a number, or leave it blank for no limit.

Guests see how many spots are left, so they know whether to hurry. The limit counts everyone a guest is bringing, not just the guest. Once the event is full, “Yes” is switched off and guests can still answer Maybe or let you know they can’t make it.

You’ll see how it’s going on your Entries tab, with a count like “42 of 60 spots taken.” Say you’re hosting a family movie night in the cafeteria that holds 60. Set the limit to 60 and you never have to turn anyone away at the door.
