Never miss an overdue task: weekly reminder emails

We all lose track of a task now and then. Starting this week, FutureFund Connect keeps an eye out for you. Every Monday morning, if you have any assigned tasks that are past their due date, you’ll get one email pulling them all together in one place.

Each reminder lists the task name, its current status, which organization it belongs to, and when it was due — plus a button to jump straight to the task and take care of it. No overdue tasks? No email. You’ll only hear from us when there’s actually something to catch up on.

The reminder shows up in whichever language your account is set to, English or Spanish, so it reads naturally no matter who’s checking it. Think of it as a friendly nudge that catches anything that fell through the cracks between now and your last check-in.

You don’t need to turn anything on — this is automatic for everyone with overdue tasks. You can always see your full task list anytime from My Tasks.
