Can I pay by check or invoice? Payments are handled through Stripe using a credit card, debit card, or bank account (ACH). Contact support for any alternative arrangements.

What’s the refund policy? Contact support for refund requests. Generally no refunds for partial months, but exceptions considered.
How do I know when payment is due? You’ll receive email reminders before each billing cycle. Check billing portal for specific dates.
