My annual report shows $0. Why?

Check the date range — financial reports are driven by your fiscal year, so a report run against the wrong start date (say, January 1 for a July–June organization) can come back empty. Set the range to your fiscal year start. See Understanding Your Fiscal Year.

Can I export all my transactions at once?

Journal entries export per account, not in one combined dump — run the export from each of your bank accounts and you’ll have every entry, since every transaction touches at least one of them. See Data Import & Export.
