Is BeeKeeper free for PTA councils and districts?

Yes — councils and districts get complimentary access. It’s not self-serve, though: contact support and we’ll verify and activate it for you.

Do newly chartered PTAs get BeeKeeper free?

Yes — new PTA units qualify for a complimentary first year. Contact support with your charter details and we’ll set it up (in some cases it’s already been applied through your state PTA).

My trial expired before the board approved the purchase. Can it be extended?

Yes. Expired trials go read-only rather than losing data, and we’re happy to extend a trial that ran out while you were waiting on a board vote or fiscal-year timing — just ask. See Subscription & Billing.
