Entries and Results
The Entries Tab
Open your event and click Entries. This is where every response lands, organized to match the event type:
| Event type | How entries are shown |
|---|---|
| Show Up! | Yes / Maybe / No counts at the top, then responders grouped under each answer |
| Bring It! | Grouped by item, so you see who’s bringing what |
| Sign Up! | Laid out as a schedule, grouped by date and slot |
| Gift It! | A list of contributions with amounts and dates |
The page updates on its own as responses arrive — you can leave it open on a laptop during a sign-up push and watch it fill in.
Downloading a Spreadsheet
Click Download to get a CSV file you can open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. The columns depend on the event type:
| Event type | Columns |
|---|---|
| Show Up! | Name, Email, RSVP, Message, Attendees, Response Date |
| Bring It! | Name, Email, Items, Message, Response Date |
| Sign Up! | Name, Email, Items (with dates and times), Response Date |
| Gift It! | Name, Email, Amount, Message, Response Date |
Someone who claimed several items or slots appears once, with all of them in the Items column.
Counting Attendees
On a Show Up! event, the Yes and Maybe numbers at the top are totals of the Number of Attendees each person entered, not a count of responses. Three families answering Yes with 4, 2, and 3 attendees shows as 9, not 3.
The No number is a count of people, since nobody is coming.
Deleting a Response
Click the trash icon on a response and confirm. Deleting frees up whatever the person had claimed — an item on a Bring It! event, or a slot on a Sign Up! event — so someone else can take it.
On a Sign Up! event you can remove a person from one slot without deleting their whole response. Use the trash icon on that individual slot row.
The guest is not notified when you delete their response. If it matters, tell them.
Letting Guests Fix Their Own Responses
Guests don’t need you to make a change. After responding they land on a confirmation page with an Edit Response button, and the same link is in their confirmation email. From there they can change their answer, their headcount, which items they’re bringing, or which slot they took.
Pointing someone at their confirmation email is usually faster than deleting and re-entering their response yourself.
Responses After the Event
Once an event’s date has passed it stops accepting new responses, but nothing is lost. Past events keep their entries, counts, and CSV download indefinitely. Find them under Events > View Past Events.
