Messaging
Send emails to board members and administrators within your district or council
Overview
Messaging lets you send emails to board members and administrators across your entire district or council. This is your primary communication channel for announcements, reminders, and outreach to unit leaders.
You have access to the same rich compose features available at the unit level, with the added benefit of being able to reach all units under your district or council in a single message.
How to Send a Message
- Navigate to your district or council dashboard.
- Click Messaging in the sidebar navigation.
- Click Compose to start a new message.
- Select your recipients — you can target board members and administrators across all units in your district or council.
- Write your message using the rich text editor. You can format text, add links, and include inline content.
- Attach any files if needed.
- Choose to send immediately or schedule the message for a future date and time.
- Click Send to deliver the message.

- Keep messages concise and include clear calls to action, especially when asking units to complete tasks or submit documents.
- Review your message history before sending to avoid duplicate communications.
