Reports

Run reports across your district or council units

Overview

Reports give you a bird’s-eye view of data across all units in your district or council. With a range of pre-built reports, you can monitor compliance, track memberships, identify past-due items, and export data for offline analysis.

Each report aggregates information from every unit under your district or council, making it easy to spot trends, identify issues, and take action without needing to check each unit individually.

How to Run a Report

  1. Navigate to your district or council dashboard.
  2. Click Reports in the sidebar navigation.
  3. Select the report you want to run from the list of available reports.
  4. Apply filters as needed — you can filter by term, document template, unit status, and more depending on the report.
  5. Review the report results on screen.
  6. To export, click the XLSX export button to download the report as a spreadsheet.

Two Kinds of Reports

Not every report looks the same. There are two styles:

  • Review-then-export reports show their results in a table on screen first. You can look over the data, adjust your filters, and then download a spreadsheet when you’re ready.
  • Direct export reports don’t show a table. Instead, you pick a few options on a short form and click the Export button, which downloads the spreadsheet right away. The Contact Report works this way.

The Contact Report

The Contact Report is a direct export. Rather than showing a table on screen, it gives you a simple form to choose what to include, then downloads a spreadsheet when you click Export.

You can choose:

  • Term — pick a specific term, or leave it set to all terms.
  • Positions — choose which board positions to include (for example, President or Treasurer). You can select more than one. By default, the required positions are selected for you.
  • Fields — choose which details to include for each contact. The options are Name, Position, Phone, Email, and Full Address.

When you run the Contact Report from a district, it covers your units and councils. From a council, it covers your units.

Available Reports

  • Compliance Report — see which units are compliant and which have outstanding requirements
  • Contact Report — export contact information for board members across all units
  • Membership Report — view membership counts and details across your district or council
  • Past Due Activities Report — identify tasks and submissions that are overdue
  • Bounced Emails Report — find email addresses that are bouncing to clean up your contact lists
  • Bylaw Approval Report — track bylaw approval dates across your units
  • Registry Report — view unit registration details and status
  • Expired Team Invitations Report — identify pending invitations that have expired
  • Missing Document Report — find units that are missing required document submissions

Tips

  • Run the Compliance Report at least monthly to stay on top of unit requirements and address gaps early.
  • Use the Bounced Emails Report alongside the Contact Report to keep your communication channels accurate.
  • Export reports before board meetings so you have data ready to share with leadership.
  • Combine filters to drill down into specific subsets — for example, filter the Past Due Activities Report by a specific term to focus on current obligations.
  • The Missing Document Report is especially useful near filing deadlines to identify units that still need to submit.
