What is FutureFund Connect?
Learn what FutureFund Connect is and how it helps state, district, council, and unit PTAs manage compliance, governance, memberships, and communications.

Overview

FutureFund Connect is an online platform for state, district, council, and unit PTAs to manage compliance, governance, memberships, and communications. It brings all of your PTA operations into one place, giving leaders the tools they need to stay organized and on track.

The platform is built around a four-level hierarchy: State → District → Council → Unit. For example, California PTA (state) contains Peralta District PTA (district), which contains Pleasanton Council PTA (council), which contains Walnut Grove Elementary PTA (unit).

How to Navigate FutureFund Connect

  1. Log in to your FutureFund Connect account.
  2. Select an entity from the navigation. This becomes your current “context” — the organization you’re actively working with.
  3. Once a context is selected, all menus, actions, and data apply to that context. Everything you see is scoped to the entity you chose.
  4. To switch contexts, use the navigation to select a different state, district, council, or unit.

Additional Features

  • Document Management — Submit and track required documents such as financial reports, tax filings, and insurance forms to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Governance Tools — Generate bylaws and maintain board rosters to support structured leadership.
  • Communications — Send announcements, share files, and conduct email outreach across your selected context.
  • Membership Lists — Maintain and manage membership records for your organization.

Tips

  • Your current context determines what you see. If you’re looking for data from a specific unit, make sure you’ve selected that unit first.
  • Higher-level contexts (state, district) give you visibility into the organizations beneath them, making it easy to monitor compliance across many units at once.
  • Bookmark the entities you work with most frequently for faster access.
