Keeping up with what's new

FutureFund Connect is always growing, and we want you to be the first to know when something new arrives. The Product Updates page is your home for announcements about new features, so you can make the most of every tool that helps your group stay compliant.

You don’t have to go looking for these announcements. Connect lets you know whenever there’s something new to see.

Finding Product Updates

1. Sign in to FutureFund Connect.
2. Look at the menu along the left side of the screen.
3. Click Updates (it has a small megaphone icon).

This opens the Product Updates page, where you’ll see the latest announcements.

The Updates badge

When there’s a new announcement you haven’t read yet, a small number appears next to the Updates menu item. That number tells you how many new updates are waiting for you.

The number clears once you visit the Product Updates page, so an empty badge simply means you’re caught up.

What you'll see on the page

Each announcement is shown in a list, with the newest at the top. Every update includes:

• The date it was released
• A short, friendly title
• A description of what’s new and how it helps you
• A picture, when one is available

The "New" badge

Any update released since the last time you opened the page is marked with a green New badge. This makes it easy to spot what you haven’t read yet at a glance. Once you’ve viewed the page, those items are no longer counted as new.

"Applies to the following organizations"

Some features are built for a specific kind of PTA. When that’s the case, the announcement shows a label that reads Applies to the following organizations: followed by one or more tags:

• State Associations
• Districts
• Councils
• Units

This helps you quickly tell whether a new feature is meant for your level of the PTA.

When there's nothing new

If you’ve read everything, the page shows a friendly note: You’re all caught up. There’s nothing you need to do. The next time we release a feature, it will show up here automatically, and the Updates badge will let you know.

A quick tip

Check in on the Updates page now and then, especially when you notice the badge. New features are designed to make managing your PTA easier, and a quick read keeps you in the loop without any stress.
