FutureFund Connect offers step-by-step written guides and video tutorials to help you learn the platform. Whether you prefer reading a walkthrough or watching a demonstration, there are resources to get you up to speed quickly.

Step-by-Step Guides

Our written walkthroughs live right here in this help center. Each one takes a single task from start to finish:

• Accepting Your Invitation & Setting Up Your Account — your first sign-in.
• Resetting Your Password — when you can’t get in, and how to help a team member who can’t.
• Submitting Your Unit Bylaws — the full guided bylaws process, from creating the task to approval.
• Documents — uploading, editing, viewing, and downloading your unit’s paperwork.
• Board Members — adding, importing, and copying your roster between terms.
• Memberships — adding members by hand and importing them from a spreadsheet.
• Team — inviting people, resending invitations, and understanding statuses.
• Messaging — sending email, and setting your sender name and reply-to address.

There are two ways into this help center from any page in Connect:

• The Need Help? button in the top right.
• Account → Support at the bottom of the left sidebar.

Both open support.futurefund.com/connect in a new tab — the same help center where you found this article. From there you can search every article.

The bell icon beside Need Help? is for something different: it shows announcements about new features. See Product Updates.

Tips

• Use the search box at the top of the help center — it’s usually faster than browsing.
• Open FutureFund Connect in a separate browser tab and follow a guide step by step for the best learning experience.
• Videos can be watched at 1.5x speed for a quick review if you’re already somewhat familiar with the topic.
