Account Owner

The account owner is a single individual listed as the billing and administrative contact for your school. The owner can only be changed by the current owner to another user in the User Manager.

  • In the Admin, navigate to Settings > Account
  • In the Account Information section, click the Edit button
  • Select the desired owner from the drop-down and click Update

Once you change the owner, you will no longer be the owner and will not be able to change it back.


Statement Descriptor

The statement descriptor is the name shown on the parent’s credit card statement when a purchase is made. The statement descriptor will always be prefixed with FF* followed by the name of your organization. For example, if the name of you school is Skylark Elementary School and your statement descriptor is SKYLARK EL, the parent’s credit card statement will read FF*SKYLARK EL.

To customize the Statement Descriptor address:

  • In the Admin, navigate to Settings > Account
  • In the Account Information section, click the Edit button
  • Update the Statement Descriptor
  • Click the Update Account button

The statement descriptor must be between 5 and 18 characters and can only include numbers, letters, and spaces.
