Notifications
Choose which email notifications you receive from FutureFund—payouts, bank account changes, new team members, First Step activity, and orders.
Overview
Each team member controls their own email notifications. To manage yours, navigate to Account Settings > Notifications.
Notifications are per-person—changing your preferences does not affect other members of your team.
Notification Types
| Notification | When you’re emailed |
|---|---|
| Payouts | A payout is sent to one of your organizations’ bank accounts. |
| Bank Account | A bank account on one of your organizations is added or changed. |
| Team Members | A new team member is added to the account. |
| First Step | Notable First Step activity occurs. |
| Orders | Choose how you’re notified about new orders: None, Each (an email for every order), or Digest (a periodic summary). |
Toggle each notification on or off and choose your Orders preference. Your changes are saved to your account automatically.
Tips
- If you aren’t receiving expected emails, check your spam folder and confirm the notification is toggled on.
- You’ll only receive notifications relevant to your access level and organization access.
