The Transaction Detail report is no longer in the Reports list. Here's where to see each payment, refund and fee.
The Transaction Detail report is no longer part of Orders & Payouts > Reports. You can still see each payment, refund, and fee. Here’s where to look.
Every Transaction in a Payout
Each payout can be downloaded with one line per order it includes.
- Go to Orders & Payouts > Payouts.
- Click View next to the payout.
- Click Actions, then Export Detail.
The spreadsheet lists each order’s date, order number, campaign, and quantity, along with the Charge, Refund, Fee, Sales Tax, and Net amounts. Net is the amount deposited to your bank for that line.
Payout details are only available for automatic payouts. If your payouts are set to manual transfers, the details aren’t available.
Collected, Refunds, and Fees by Order
The Campaign Detail report lists every purchase in one campaign. Its export includes Gross, Collected, Refunds, Fees, Payment Method, and Date Ordered for each one.
- Go to Orders & Payouts > Reports.
- Click Campaign Detail and choose the campaign.
- Click Export to download the spreadsheet.
