Membership Report
The membership report lists every membership sold, filterable by campaign. Unlike most reports, leaving the campaign filter blank shows memberships from all of your membership campaigns at once.
How it works
The membership report lists every membership sold across all of your membership campaigns in one place, so you don’t have to open each membership campaign separately to see who joined.
Each row shows the member’s name, email, and the campaign they joined through, with a View button that takes you straight to that member’s membership page.
Accessing
To access the report:
- In the Admin, navigate to Orders & Payouts > Reports.
- Select the Membership report.
Filtering
The report is filterable by the following fields:
- Order Date
- Campaign
Unlike reports such as Leaderboard and Campaign Detail, the Campaign filter here is optional. Leave it blank to see memberships from every membership campaign, or pick one to narrow the results to a single campaign.
Data Fields
The following fields are included in the report:

| Name | The member’s name. |
| The member’s email address. | |
| Campaign | The name of the membership campaign the member joined through. |
Results are shown a page at a time on screen. Click View on any row to open that member’s membership page.
Notes
- If you’re an admin restricted to specific funds, you’ll only see memberships from membership campaigns in your permitted funds.
