Fundraisers
Campaigns > Fundraisers is home to the campaign types built around asking supporters to give. Everything here collects donations rather than selling a specific item.
Which one should I use?
| Type | Use it when | Key features |

| Donation Drive | You just want to ask for money toward a goal, with no event and no students fundraising individually | Goal meter, suggested amounts, donor wall, installments, corporate matching |
| Pledge | Students sign up and collect donations from friends and family — Fun Runs, Read-A-Thons, Jog-A-Thons | Participant dashboards, leaderboards, invite emails, incentive points, cash receipts |
| Auction | You have items to auction off and want people bidding against each other | Items, bidder registration, bidding, watchlists, self-checkout |
The quick rule: if students are the ones doing the asking, use a Pledge campaign. If your organization is doing the asking, use a Donation Drive. If you have items to sell to the highest bidder, use an Auction.
Building a Fundraiser
- In the Admin, navigate to Campaigns > Fundraisers.
- Click the Build Campaign button.
- Choose Pledge, Donation Drive (formerly Fundraiser), or Auction.
- Follow the remaining steps to pick the organization and fill in the details.

The Fundraisers List
The Fundraisers page lists every Donation Drive, Pledge, and Auction campaign in the current school session. From here you can:
- Filter by campaign type or organization, or search by name
- See at a glance which campaigns are in the store
- Click View on any campaign to open it
Once a campaign is open, the tabs across the top change depending on the type. A Pledge campaign has Participants, Leaderboard, and Config tabs; a Donation Drive has just Overview, Orders, and Share; an Auction has Items and Bidders.
