Installment Plan Report

The installment plan report shows every order on a payment plan, by card or by check or cash, with what has been collected, what was cancelled, and what is still owed.

This report lists every order on a payment plan: card payment plans (see Recurring Payments) and installment plans paid by check or cash.

Installment Plan Report

Finding the Report

  1. Go to Orders & Payouts > Reports.
  2. Click Installment Plan.

Filtering

The report is filterable by the following fields:

  • Order Date
  • Fund (the organization the money goes to)

Data Fields

The following fields are included in the report:

Column Description
Order The order number.
Purchaser The name of person who placed the order.
# Installments The number of installments. The first payment included during the checkout process is considered an installment.
# Paid The number of installments that were paid. If an installment is later refunded, it is still considered paid.
# Cancelled The number of installments that will never be collected. On a check or cash plan, these are installments cancelled by an administrator. On a card plan that was cancelled, every payment not yet made counts here, whether you cancelled the plan or it was cancelled automatically after the card was declined 3 times in a row.
Gross The amount of installments in the order.
Collected The amount collected.
Balance The amount still owed from the order.

Export

Click Export to download an Excel (.xlsx) file. It has every column above, plus:

Column Description
# Remaining The number of installments still to be paid.
Cancelled The amount of the cancelled installments.
Purchaser First Name The first name of the purchaser.
Purchaser Last Name The last name of the purchaser.
Purchaser Phone The phone number of the purchaser.
Purchaser Email The email address of the purchaser.

To see how much of a plan’s Gross is not in Collected, add its Balance (payments still to come) and Cancelled (payments that will never be collected) columns.
