Products

Products covers the campaign types for selling items and registering families: Purchase, Sign Up, Shop, Bundle, and External.

Campaigns > Products is home to the campaign types for selling items and registering families. It’s also where the two grouping campaigns live, Bundles and Shop Pages, plus links out to sites that aren’t part of FutureFund.

Which one should I use?

Type Use it when Key features
Purchase Selling a specific item — yearbook, hoodie, PE uniform — or collecting a set fee Size/color options, inventory, member pricing, delivery tracking
Sign Up Registering families for a club, class, or program, free or paid Capacity limits, waitlists
Shop You want several campaigns on one page, each bought separately Per-campaign sales breakdown
Bundle You want several campaigns sold together as one package at one price Split across organizations, per-campaign reporting and fulfillment
External The purchase happens on someone else’s website Link button, no orders in FutureFund

The Products List

The Products page lists every Purchase, Sign Up, Shop, Bundle, and External campaign in the current school session. Filter by type or organization, search by name, and see at a glance which campaigns are in the store. Click View to open one.

The tabs across the top of an open campaign change by type. A Purchase campaign has Options and Fulfillment; a Sign Up campaign has Options and, when enabled, Waitlist; Shop and Bundle campaigns manage their contents on the Options tab; External campaigns have no Orders tab at all.
