Cash Reconciliation Report
In the Admin, this report is called Offline Reconciliation. It shows the cash and check payments you’ve marked as paid, including SnackBar cash sales, totaled by campaign. Use it to check your cash box or bank deposit against what FutureFund recorded.
Payments that are still owed aren’t on this report. You’ll find those on Offline Payments Pending. See Offline Payment Report.
Finding the Report
- Go to Orders & Payouts > Reports.
- Click Offline Reconciliation.
Filtering
- Order Date: despite its name, this filter uses the date each payment was received, not the date the order was placed. For a SnackBar cash sale, the two are the same.
- Organization: the report shows one organization at a time. If you don’t pick one, it uses your first organization alphabetically.
What You’ll See
A summary at the top shows the organization, the transaction type (Cash/Check), the status (Paid), and the date range, along with totals for Charges, Refunds, Fees, Adjustments, and Net. Fees and adjustments are always zero for cash and checks.
Below it, the Campaign Summary table shows each campaign’s totals:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Campaign | The name of the campaign. |
| Charge | The cash and check payments received. |
| Refund | Any refunds of those payments. |
| Fee | Always zero for cash and checks. |
