Purchase Campaign

The Purchase campaign is used to sell physical products such as yearbooks and spirit wear and collect money for lab or technology fees. These campaigns support options (such as size, color, etc.), inventory, and fulfillment support.

Use a Purchase campaign to sell a single item — a yearbook, a hoodie, a PE uniform — or to collect a set amount for something like a lab or technology fee.

Building One

  1. In the Admin, navigate to Campaigns > Products.
  2. Click the Build Campaign button.
  3. Choose Purchase.
  4. Pick the organization the sales should go to, then fill in the name, description, and price.

Once the campaign exists, open it with the View button. Purchase campaigns have Options and Fulfillment tabs in addition to the usual Overview, Orders, and Share.

When creating the campaign, the following options are specified:

Product Options

Inventory and Fulfillment

Purchase campaigns can track inventory at the campaign level or per option, and they’re the only type that supports delivery tracking. See Configuring Campaigns for inventory and Fulfillment for marking items delivered.
